．以蕃茄醬為基礎、加入超甜洋蔥，及香甜蘋果汁，製成香甜富懷舊風味的醬汁。

．可作豬扒醬汁外，亦可以薈雞扒、薈香腸、薈飯、茄汁蝦等享用。


使用方法：

．先將豬扒兩面煎至金黃色，加上鍋蓋焗至八成熟，最後倒入豬扒茄汁煮至微微沸騰即可。
