．採用「縣特殊栽培農產品」之發芽越光玄米，配以新潟縣五泉的軟水(硬度32 mg/L)烹煮而成。

．玄米收割後，放入定點溫度下的溫水中浸泡，待至發芽1mm長度內，此舉有助酶在發芽過程中，起到軟化胚乳和積累營養的作用。


享用方法：

．無需加水，倒出後即可直接享用。
