．「雪温熟成」: 將大豆煮熟後透過利用細菌發酵，然後儲存冷藏在最佳溫度又不凍結細胞的「雪溫區」，再慢慢耗時情況下雪溫陳化，從以成為帶有大豆甜味和鮮味的納豆。
．顆粒大且膨鬆(直徑14mm)，中度至深色豆皮，豆肉略帶白色，帶有淡淡的豆香，味道甜嫩，柔軟而耐嚼。
．納豆拉絲力強，有出色的伸展性和韌性。
．低農藥、雪温熟成、甜度高、味道濃、新鮮優質。
