．採用100%鳥取縣日野郡「姬之餅」糯米，以機械杵棰及經過「冰溫熟成」的圓形生糯米年糕。
．「冰溫熟成」能發揮出米的原本鮮味、甜味、嚼勁，將年糕變得更美味。
．粘性強、鋪展性好、富彈性，越嚼味道越甜，是令人無法忘懷又回味的煙韌嚼感。
．食法多樣，可放入紅豆湯、雜煮，撒上黃豆粉、果仁焦糖、泡菜等食用。
．只需於微波爐加熱(約30秒)至柔軟，又或以微火烘烤至膨脹，亦可焯、煎、炸等烹調，隨即搭配喜愛的食材作為甜食或鹹食享用。

 

．烹調方法~

．微波爐 - 將年糕放入耐熱容器中，倒入適量清水剛好蓋過表面，放入爐中加熱 (開水40~60秒，熱水20~40秒)，取出瀝乾
