．酒香柔和清爽、帶有馥郁的果香吟釀氣息，清淡而醇厚的米香，適度的辛口與酸度造就了清爽優雅的口感。

．口感清淡，爽口輕盈，略帶乾澀，是佐餐佳釀。

．華麗的香氣加上清爽的酸味，適合佐與高知縣名產煙燻鰹魚或湯豆腐等清爽風味料理，芝士、Carpaccio生肉片亦非常搭配。
