．鹽花是加工食品調味時的常用海鹽，亦適合醃製食物或煲湯使用。

．鹽花的製作工序繁多，先用鹽水清洗，經過脫水，磁力分選機去除雜質及異物，以400℃高溫乾燥去除水份，用研磨機精細研碎顆粒，再經過第二次400℃高溫乾燥製成。

．產自世界五大灘塗之一，在潮灘中過濾、淨化並濃縮海水，並利用陽光、海風和仙雲山的風力，生產出來的海鹽富含天然礦物質，品質卓越。
