．由40年經驗的麵條工匠，利用陽光、風和天然原料等自然力量手工製作。

．採用當造的濟洲島「漢拏峰(Hallabong)」柑橘(38%)，以慢火熬煮成香甜果漿，再與麵粉混合海鹽揉捏成麵團，切成麵條後晾掛在陽光可穿透的乾燥室內曬乾完成。


享用方法 :

．第一次嘗試：建議淋上大量的紫蘇油或橄欖油，並用海鹽或自製醬油調味，既可輕鬆完成又可欣賞獨特風味！
