．每包3g單獨包裝相等於4條秋葵的份量，除富含膳食纖維(1.2g)、抗氧化多酚(67mg)，更含有葉酸(14.4μg)，亦適合作為嬰兒斷奶食品及長期護理的增稠劑使用。
．有助餐後的血糖和胰島素水平降低，更可增加多酚的攝取及有助腸道蠕動的膳食纖維。
．在沖泡飲用後，餘下的秋葵殼富含豐富的非水溶性膳食纖維，可拆出直接加入乳酪、納豆、凍豆腐、味噌湯或沙律等作為配料一同食用，毫不浪費。
．鹿兒島縣是日本最大的秋葵產地(約42%)，指宿市則佔鹿兒島縣的80%產量。
