．大根悉心栽種、沐浴在秋田陽光下生長，收割後，以啤酒、糖及鹽醃製，再放在煙燻小屋燻製約三天。

．無防腐劑、無色素、無酒精殘留。

 

享用方法：

．配白飯、下酒小食、蘸蛋黃醬也非常美味，更可製作忌廉芝士或Camembert芝士小食，或炒飯。
