．米菓小食源自加賀1970年，是北陸地區(石川、富山、福井)的經典小食。

．產品名稱「海狸」源自兩塊米餅並排擺放時，酷似1970年大阪世博會加拿大館展出的海狸雕像的牙齒！

．傳承最初的配方和工藝，將「日高昆布」揉入「北陸產糯米」中，並加入「鳴門燒鹽」，再經過油炸，使其口感輕盈鬆脆、風味濃郁。
