．採用石川縣特有的酒米「石川酒68號」(別名：百萬石乃白)釀造成果香馥郁、與酒米鮮味完美融合的純米大吟釀。

．具有恰到好處的酒精度和清爽的吟釀香氣，兼具酒米的醇厚感，香氣達到絕妙平衡，易於入口。

 

．常溫(20℃)飲用時鮮味突出，加熱(40℃)後甜味明顯，冷飲(15℃)時苦味增強，隨溫度變化口感不同。
