．比傳統的急凍拉麵細膩柔滑、質地煙韌、彈牙不易拉斷，表面易掛汁，吸吮食用時更為順滑。

．健康低脂，不論涼拌或熱湯食用皆宜。

．無需解凍，將麵原樣直接放入沸水中快速烹煮後，取出即可拌和喜歡的冷麵汁或熱湯享用。


．烹調方法~

  • 冷食：無需解凍，直接放入大鍋沸水中，當麵餅開始鬆散時口感最佳，取出轉至冰水降溫，然後瀝乾即可蘸冷麵汁享用。
  • 熱食：無需解凍，直接放入大鍋沸水中，當麵餅開始鬆散時口感最佳，取出瀝乾，即可放入熱湯中享用。
  • 鍋煮：無需解凍，直接放入煮至九成熟食材的鍋中，然後略煮約20秒後，加上鍋蓋蒸焗至食用前即可。
