．春天時將無過濾和無添加的生酒裝瓶，然後在低溫下緩慢陳釀，讓米酒的原味充分發揮出。

．口感醇厚，米味強烈，風味豐富，香氣優雅，酸度宜人。

．オオツト米濃郁味道與優雅香氣的山田錦相結合，打開瓶蓋將鼻湊近，就可感受到甜甜的吟釀香味。

．輕喝一口，溫和甜蜜的味道、成熟強烈的口感會在口中蔓延開來，與香氣相輔相成的滋味猶如熟透的香蕉。
