．採用由萬九千神社附近農家，無使用農藥情況下，以人手拔草悉心培植的「出雲生薑」，與島根縣米釀造的純米酒中浸泡而成的利口酒。

．易於飲用，餘韻迷人，柔和而獨特的薑味與清酒的醇厚甜味和鮮味酒精相得益彰。

．享用方法：冰鎮冷飲、室溫、加熱飲用皆宜，亦可直接加冰或梳打水稀釋等享用。
