*日文漢字為「鯯」「拶双魚」，因醋漬後美味至飯鍋被掏空，需向鄰居借飯而得名(日文：飯(Mama)借り(kari))。

．採用瀨戶內海捕獲的小魚，以傳統甜醋汁醃製成
