.湯底不用稀釋,以豬骨、雞骨、昆布及乾魚拉麵店相同的方式,熬煮兩日而成。
.烹調方法:
1.湯包原包不用開封,直接放入沸水中,煮數分鐘至全熱,取出撕開倒入碗中;
2.保留上述沸水,放入麵條煮沸約2~3分鐘,撈出瀝水,放入碗中;
