菊芋小知識：

  • 菊芋是植物中含“菊粉”最多的植物，其含有一種叫做菊粉的膳食纖維成分，不會被人體消化系統分解，從而可直達大腸並被代謝為雙歧桿菌等腸道有益菌的食物，更有助抑制餐後血糖升高、促進鈣和鎂的吸收。

  • 菊粉是一種水溶性膳食纖維，屬於醣類(多醣)類，例如糖和澱粉， 但人體沒有分解菊粉的酶，所以即使吃了菊粉，也沒有被吸收就排出體外。此時，菊粉會在胃和小腸中吸收水分形成凝膠，將一起吃下的碳水化合物吸進到大腸中發酵成低聚果糖。
