朝倉山椒是一種香氣濃郁優雅的名貴食材,相比其他品種山椒,刺激性低,具有柑橘果香。

.採收時間只有1~2週,並要以人手小心翼翼逐一進行採摘,非常珍貴。

.朝倉山椒比其他品種含有更多檸檬烯、薄荷等果香,加入了柚子汁和桑葉製成糖漿,甜味中帶清香。

.曾被用作國際航班頭等艙的甜品配料;及於2021年被選為「兵庫縣五星級」產品。


享用方法:

.搭配日本料理和甜點,與朱古力、芝士蛋糕、乳製品配搭使用,亦可加入熱牛奶,或淋在雪糕、刨冰、乳酪、煎餅、熱香餅或鬆餅等代替蜂蜜、糖漿享用。亦可製成山椒梳打或雞尾酒。
