．採用十勝出產的「光黑」大豆，以「雪温熟成」方法製成味道雅緻的「黑豆納豆」。

．「雪温熟成」: 將大豆煮熟後透過利用細菌發酵，然後儲存冷藏在最佳溫度又不凍結細胞的「雪溫區」，再慢慢耗時情況下雪溫陳化，從以成為帶有大豆甜味和鮮味的納豆。

．顆粒均勻(直徑14-15mm)、肉白稍硬、富黑豆香、豆味濃郁。
．黑豆具有排汗、排毒和鎮靜的功效，昔日一直被視為奇妙貴重的藥物。
