．「雪温熟成」: 將大豆煮熟後透過利用細菌發酵，然後儲存冷藏在最佳溫度又不凍結細胞的「雪溫區」，再慢慢耗時情況下雪溫陳化，從以成為帶有大豆甜味和鮮味的納豆。
．非基因改造、低農藥、雪温熟成、甜度高、味道濃、新鮮優質。
．枝豆納豆富綠色香氣和柔軟質地，其黏性和氣味比傳統納豆較少，即使未習慣食用納豆的人仕亦能輕鬆駕馭。
