．蝶豆花是一種功能性草藥，具有稀釋血液的功效，含花青素、黃酮醇及多種維他命等營養成份，抗氧化、提高免疫力，甚至美顏等功效。


享用方法：

．當與4~5倍的梳打水混合時會形成兩層，當攪拌時顏色便會發生變化，可作為美麗時尚的飲品。

．添加檸檬汁，顏色會進一步變化，亦可混合烏龍茶或製作蝶豆花啫喱享用。
