包裝規格 :  2人份量

．麵條由大山麵工房自家石臼研磨製成，湯底以本釀造及醬油作為基底

．配與數種咖哩香料及日式高湯組成和風咖哩湯

．可製成湯麵或沾麵

烹調方法：

．用大鍋煮沸熱水(3公升以上)，放入麵條後輕輕攪拌，煮約４分鐘，可按喜好調整時間。

．沾麵食法：將煮熟的麵條撈出，用冷水沖滌，以笊籬瀝乾盛載，將湯包混合熱水調溶成沾麵汁享用。
