烹調方法:
.用大鍋煮沸熱水(3公升以上),放入麵條後輕輕攪拌,煮約4分鐘,可按喜好調整時間。
.沾麵食法:將煮熟的麵條撈出,用冷水沖滌,以笊籬瀝乾盛載,將湯包混合熱水調溶成沾麵汁享用。
