．輕鬆做出專業級的萬能高湯

．主要成份：鰹魚乾、利尻昆布、鯖魚片、香信冬菇及飛魚乾等

．適用於：清湯、鍋、麵湯底、玉子燒等


製作方法：(1個約3~5人分量)

*按每道菜所需自行調整高湯份量

．將1個湯包放入約4杯水(800ml)的鍋中

．煮沸後，轉中小火煮約3~4分鐘

．關火後取出
