*金滴酒造位於北海道，擁有百年以上歷史的釀酒廠。


使用例子：

．將肉或魚及味噌醬放入食物袋中，置於室溫醃約30分鐘(100g肉：20-30g味噌醬)；以熱油中慢火將肉煎至八成熟，倒入袋中剩餘的醬汁拌勻煮熱；煮熟上碟後，將鍋中餘下的醬汁澆上享用。
