烹調方法:
1. 烹調前,把麵餅以熱水浸泡1分鐘,麵質更滑,能加快烹調時間。
2. 另準備一鍋水,煮滾後下麵條,煮約6分半鐘至喜愛硬度。
3. 將湯汁倒入碗中,注入約300ml熱水拌溶。
4. 麵條煮熟後瀝乾水份,盛入碗中享用。
