．為了講究味道、風味和質感，採用兩種質感的生薑：薑粒、薑蓉，使用量比例更是醬汁的20%。


使用方法：

．將350ml水加入1小包火鍋湯薑味煮沸作火鍋湯底。

．當火鍋完結後，可將湯倒在飯上做成日式「茶漬飯」(湯泡飯)享用。

．亦可將拉麵或白飯加入剩餘的湯中，用小火慢煮，再配上蔥花、雞蛋等煮成湯拉麵或雜炊享用。
