.為了講究味道、風味和質感,採用兩種質感的生薑:薑粒、薑蓉,使用量比例更是醬汁的20%。
使用方法:
.將350ml水加入1小包火鍋湯薑味煮沸作火鍋湯底。
.當火鍋完結後,可將湯倒在飯上做成日式「茶漬飯」(湯泡飯)享用。
