.大山町出產的蕎麥,以石臼慢慢磨碎,與地下水揉捏而成,可享受真正蕎麥的甜味、味道和香氣。
.湯底以本釀造及醬油作為基底,配與數種咖哩香料及日式高湯組成和風咖哩湯。
.可製成湯麵或沾麵享用。
烹調方法:
.用大鍋煮沸熱水(3公升以上),放入麵條後輕輕攪拌,煮約3分鐘,可按喜好調整時間。
.沾麵食法:將煮熟的麵條撈出用冷水沖滌,以笊籬瀝乾盛載,將湯包混合熱水調溶成麵汁享用。
