．除了作小食、亦可用麵包浸入青口的湯汁中食用，更可拌與意粉、沙律、意大利飯、海鮮雜錦等。

．加熱方法：

~原袋加熱 - 無需解凍，原封膠袋直接放入沸水中

~煮鍋- 無需解凍，拆開包裝袋將青口連汁倒入鍋中煮數分鐘

~微波爐- 解凍融化後拆開包裝袋，將青口連汁轉移到耐熱容器中，蓋上保鮮紙、放入爐中
