．採用來自著名海苔養殖區﹑位於北九州內海“有明海”的「一番摘*」嫩海苔作為原料，其纖維細膩﹑草質柔軟光滑。(*一年中首次採摘的海苔)
．每一片都經過精心挑選原料，再由工匠以正統熟練的烘烤技術製作，保留及增強其原始的海苔風味。
．切割成易於使用的「1/4切」尺寸(約10.5x9.5cm/片)，適用於家中製作飯糰或手捲壽司。
．紫菜並無任何化學添加，安全安心；而且具有很高的鮮味和香氣，可享受到柔軟爽脆的口感。
