．100%北海道日高產昆布製成，是味道微甜、三倍濃縮的醬油。

．採用自家製的本釀造特級醬油，加上添加鰹魚片和宗田片，再用釜煮製法而成的正宗昆布鮮味高湯，最後加入昆布和椎茸提取物的鮮味，使其產生濃郁而芬芳的味道。


．享用方法：多用途醬油，從蕎麥麵、烏冬、素麵等麵食，到丼、煮菜、炒菜以及醬油都適用。

．3倍稀釋-笊籬蕎麥(1人量)：萬能醬油50ml+水100ml

．5倍稀釋-湯蕎麥(1人量)：萬能醬油70ml+水280ml
