．將裙帶菜莖底的厚葉部份(日稱：和布蕪)切成幼絲，以獨創的「釜煮法」烹煮製成。僅以適量的鰹魚及昆布精華作淡薄調味，以保留「和布蕪」的原始風味。

．粘稠成分中,含有助提高免疫力、激活代謝的「褐藻糖膠」，解毒降血壓及膽固醇的「海藻酸」，和促進腸蠕動的「膳食纖維」。

．低熱量、低糖質，口感清爽，最適宜作為餐前小菜
