．由鳥取縣獨有的釀酒幻之米「強力」釀造，並無進行碳過濾，型造成香氣撲鼻、原始的純米大吟釀。

．酒味呈中等辣度，入口的濕潤感剛好，可感受到膨脹口感和香氣，讓人聯想到新米的熱氣騰騰，如具有男性力量的鄉村酒。

．以冷飲最佳，適配與蟹料理、水煮白肉、魷魚刺身等料理，如：炆煮懷卵比目魚，飛魚竹輪等。
